Introducing the new visual for the 22nd edition, subtitled The Genius Element

From a NASA satellite’s vantage point, the Bahía Blanca River becomes a turquoise neural network: water sketches its own shoreline, encircles the city, and rewrites the map in a single stroke. This very genius element—architect and storyteller in one—was chosen as the face of this year’s MFF Water Seas Oceans to remind us that the planet’s greatest artist is the current that never draws the same line twice.
