Marek Audy presented the discovery of the world’s largest underground thermal lake

One of the most powerful moments of this year’s festival was the lecture by speleologist Marek Audy, who presented the discovery of the world’s largest underground thermal lake – Lake Neuron.

Audy described the extreme research conditions, complex expeditions, and the entire process of uncovering a natural phenomenon located in places rarely accessible to humans. His lecture was scientifically captivating, suspenseful, and deeply inspiring.

The hall was filled to capacity and the audience rewarded him with long applause. It became one of the festival’s most memorable educational highlights.
