The Czech Television documentary acquisition dramaturge and co-author of the idea that made Steve Lichtag establish the festival in 2003. Long-time dramaturge of the Czech Television Channel 2 eponymous programme (Water, Sea, Oceans) which has lent its name to the event. Since the preliminary year of the festival he has been primarily organizing the search and selection of films of different genres, formats, provenience and contents for the competitive programme or, more precisely, the progress and promotion of the event. He is also a regular jury member.
